Riverview slow manual contract processes was blocking the opportunity for scalability and efficiency.

They spend a lot of time on contract creation manually. Time-consuming and error-prone nature of manual contract processing, which hampers real-time decision-making and grower collaboration.

USER RESEARCH

Conducted Zoom sessions with 5 Riverview admins and 8 growers to understand their current workflows, surfacing inefficiencies that guided my design initiative.

USER RESEARCH INTERVIEW ANALYSIS SHOWED

Manual contract processes caused delays, limited access, and frequent errors, which frustrate 85% of growers and increase admin workload by 90%, leading to missed opportunities and poor decisions.
